Crêpes (vegan). Definitely a great option for a vegan dinner. I left out the sugar and the syrup to make them savory crepes and filled them with fried mushrooms, baked asparagus and tomato. This is our vegan crepes recipe, even if you're not vegan you're gonna love it!

Crêpes (vegan)

  1. 200 g farine de blé (de la T110 pour ma part mais on y met ce qu'on veut).
  2. 50 g maïzena.
  3. 60 g purée d'amandes (ou autre oléagineux) (On peut remplacer par de l'huile végétale mais je trouve que c'est meilleur avec une purée d'amandes).
  4. 10 g sucre.
  5. 550 ml lait végétal (soja vanille pour moi).
  6. 1 pincée de sel.
