Gaufres. Gaufres (Authentic Belgian Waffles) Recipe by yourmindisaradio. A recipe so authentic that I had to convert from grams and translate from French! These waffles are rich and delicious (don't bother with syrup!), and the basic recipe is from a Belgian friend of mine.

Gaufres
- Mempersiapkan 250 g untuk farine.
- Mempersiapkan 4 untuk oeufs.
- It's 300 ml untuk lait.
- Anda membutuhkan 75 g untuk beurre.
- It's 70 g untuk sucre (facultatif !).
- Mempersiapkan untuk Arôme facultatif au choix (vanille/cannelle/fleur d'oranger, etc.
- It's 3/4 untuk du sachet de levure.
Flemish waffles, or Gaufres à la Flamande, are a specialty of northern France and portions of western Belgium. To be exact, it's a thick, crispy, luscious waffle covered in various fruits and handmade sweet cream. - Faire blanchir les jaunes d'oeufs et le sucre. Si vous ne mettez pas de sucre, commencez à l'étape 2 et ajoutez les jaunes avec le beurre !.
- Ajouter la farine et la levure en tamisant.
- Ajouter le beurre fondu.
- Ajouter le lait doucement en remuant.
- Monter les blancs et les incorporer délicatement.
- Laisser la pâte reposer 1h.
- Mettre 1cs de pâte par plaque dans un gaufrier chaud !.
