Comment Préparer Délicieuse Gaufres
Gaufres. Gaufres (Authentic Belgian Waffles) Recipe by yourmindisaradio. A recipe so authentic that I had to convert from grams and translate from French! These waffles are rich and delicious (don't bother with syrup!), and the basic recipe is from a Belgian friend of mine.

Gaufres
- 80 g farine.
- 2 œufs.
- 100 ml lait.
- 1/2 sachet de levure chimique.
- 1 sachet de sucre vanillé.
- 2 CàC d’huile de tournesol.

Gaufres
- Tamiser la farine, la levure et le sucre vanillé. Mettre dans un saladier..
- Faire tiédir le lait..
- Séparer les blancs et les jaunes. Garder les blancs de coté..
- Ajouter les jaunes 1 à 1 et bien mélanger entre chaque ajout..
- Ajouter l’huile puis le lait tiède..
- Mélanger et laisser reposer 1 à 2 heures au frais..
- Monter les blancs en neige puis les incorporer au mélange..
- Huiler le gaufrier puis déposer la pâte une fois que celui-ci est bien chaud..
- Cuire 5 minutes environ..
