Recette: Parfait Omelette paléo
Omelette paléo. Paleo Spring Omelette For an omelette that smacks of spring, you can make this one with eggs, full-fat canned coconut milk, sliced prosciutto, asparagus, garlic, and coconut oil. The full fat coconut milk helps make the omelette and rich without dairy. So delicious and made with only a few ingredients!
It also tastes pretty amazing and can be easily altered to suit your tastes. There are even a few sweet omelettes! The main ingredient is eggs, which are high in protein, healthy fats, and contain all the essential amino acids your body needs for growth and repair. Omelette paléo 7 4
Omelette paléo
- Huile de coco.
- 2 oeuf + 1 blanc d'oeuf.
- 1 banane.
- 1 filet de miel.
- 100 ml lait d'amande (ou autre lait végétal).
- 1 carré de chocolat noir 85%.
- Noix de coco râpé.
For the paleo Spanish omelette you are making, it will add flavor and act as a stand in for the potatoes. The egg-based staple can be found at nearly bar in Spain. One thing you won't find in traditional Spanish omelettes is coconut cream. I find that adds some richness to the dish without adding dairy.
Omelette paléo
