1. 1 potimarron.
2. 2 càs d'huile d'olive.
3. 1 cac d'ail en poudre.
4. 1 cas de sauce soja.
5. 1 càs de vinaigre balsamique.

Potimarron rôti

1. Préparation du potimarron : couper la moitié d'un potimarron en tranches de 3cm d'épaisseur environ (j'ai gardé le reste pour réaliser un velouté) Préparer une marinade : Badigeonner les tranches de potimarron et enfourner ! -♨️ : 210° / ⏰ : 25min.
