  4. 60 ml Lait végétal.
  5. 1 pincée de sel.

  1. Delayer la levure dans le lait tiede..
  2. Mélanger la farine et le sel. Ajoiter le lait, la compote, le lait..
  3. Bien mélanger a la cuillère (4/5minutes).
  4. Laisser poser 1h au moins.
  5. Faire cuire dans un gaufrier et cest prêt !!.

Start by heating on a low heat the milk with sugar, a pinch of salt and the cubbed butter. Put the flour in a bowl (or in the bowl of your food processor). Pour the milk-salt-sugar-butter hot mixture and combine until smooth. Whip egg whites and gently add this to the preparation.
